Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes life happens and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. A €25 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice. If no notice is given (a “no show” – you don’t answer your phone when I call or you don’t show up for your appointment), a full session fee will be charged.

Every session is unique and may not need the entire scheduled time frame. You are charged the full fee per session regardless.
Please have your questions and updates ready at the beginning of the session. Generally, there is not time at the end of your session to answer additional questions
